CareFamily is a community platform. Trust doesn't come from us – it is built by the users themselves through ratings, references and direct communication. We want to be fully transparent about this.
1 How community verification works
A caregiver fills in their profile and is immediately visible in search results.
The caregiver adds references from families they've worked with. Families can confirm them directly on the platform.
A profile with good ratings and references earns a community trust badge, visible to everyone.
2 What CareFamily does and doesn't do
- We operate the platform and community – free for both families and caregivers
- Upon request from users or families, we can edit or block a profile
- We do not carry out identity or document verification
- We do not carry out criminal background checks
3 What community verification doesn't cover
A community badge is not a guarantee of care quality.
- A reference-verified profile does not replace a personal interview
- The final decision always rests with the family
- If you have a concern, contact us – we respond to community feedback
4 Why this model is trustworthy
The community trusts itself – because every rating was written by a real family and every reference comes from a genuine working relationship. They cannot be deleted or falsified.
