Why CareFamily was founded

Finding reliable help shouldn't be complicated.

It all started with one simple situation - a family crisis with no time and no guide. Caring for an ill parent, an overflowing diary, and no reliable contacts within reach. Phone calls to newspaper ads, word-of-mouth recommendations. The result? Uncertainty, wasted hours and needless stress.

CareFamily was built as an answer to this problem. We created a community where families and caregivers can trust each other - because trust is built by users themselves: through real reviews, references and direct communication. No agency in the middle, no hidden fees.

Today over 500 families across the Czech Republic use CareFamily. We help parents find a nanny, children arrange care for ageing parents, and seniors stay at home as long as possible. This project belongs to everyone - and it will grow with their needs.

Community badge
Profiles with good references and reviews receive a community trust badge. At the community's request, CareFamily can edit or block a profile.
